What are the delivery charges?

Europe Zone 1       Free.
                                1 – 5 business days (depends on country)
Europe Zone 2.      € 7,00 (Free over €99)
                                2 – 9 business days (depends on country)
Outside Europe.     € 10,00 (Free over €175)
5 – 10 business days (depends on country)

How long will delivery take?

Within The Netherlands delivery takes 1 to 2 working days. The time of delivery differs for others countries this can take 1 to 5 working days for countries within the EU and even more for other countries, by example Canada and the USA can take up to 3 weeks. The delivery time depends solely on the postal company and customs when applicable. We always try to dispatch orders the same day as when the order is made, so waiting time for our customers is minimal.

Within how many days can I return or exchange my order?

Within 14 days you have the right to return an item. Every returned item must be in their original and unused condition. Special items which are customized or made on order are excluded from return.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order we carefully pack and dispatch your order as soon as possible. You will receive an update concerning your order via email.

Do I get a order confirmation?

After your payment an order confirmation and a status update is send to your email address.

How long does it take to get a refund when I returned an item?

After we have received and checked the items, we refund within 5 working days.

Can I track my order?

After we have dispatched your order, we will send you a track and trace code which you can use to track your order online.
